About:
Frontly was a newly funded startup seeking its first customers. We had a powerful no-code app-building platform and were exploring its potential. I interviewed customers to identify pain points and desired features while also handling outbound email marketing and sales calls.
Our breakthrough came with a B2B SaaS company struggling with complex tech and outsourced developers. We positioned Frontly as the solution—rebuilding their software on our platform to replace their front-end development. To meet their needs, we also fast-tracked a key feature, enabling Google Sheets as a back-end for apps.






Results:
Frontly secured its first no-code development contract with a B2B customer (a five-figure contract), marking a major milestone in our growth. This partnership not only validated our platform’s value but also provided key insights into user needs. Based on customer feedback, we introduced new product features and strategically mapped out future releases, ensuring our platform continued to evolve in alignment with real-world use cases.
